FX Trader - Knoxville, TN

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for people in Knoxville, TN who want to build a serious trading career without leaving home. You don't need a background on a trading floor in New York or Chicago to do this work well. You need discipline, a willingness to learn, and the patience to study the market structure that governs currency trading.

What This Role Is

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly job, and there is no guaranteed paycheck. Compensation comes entirely from a profit split, ranging from 65% to 90% depending on your track record and performance tier. Profits are never guaranteed, and traders who are not profitable earn no income from this role. We're upfront about that because we'd rather you go in with clear expectations than false promises.

Training and Support

No prior trading experience is required. We provide structured training to help you learn currency market fundamentals, risk management, and the mechanics of placing and managing trades. How you apply that training day to day is up to you. We don't direct or supervise your individual trading decisions; this is your business to run, built on a foundation we help you establish.
