No. Accepted traders are engaged as independent contractors. There is no salary or guaranteed income—compensation is a performance-based profit split on the returns you generate, and unprofitable traders earn nothing.
Can I lose money trading?
Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. There is no guarantee of profit. We emphasize risk management precisely because losses are a normal part of trading.
