1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Maverick Currencies website (the "Site"), applying to any of our programs, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Our Services

Maverick Currencies is a proprietary trading firm that provides trading education, coaching, and, for qualifying participants, the opportunity to trade firm capital under a performance-based profit-sharing arrangement. We do not provide personalized investment advice, manage client money, or act as a broker-dealer.

3. Independent Contractor Status

Traders accepted into our programs are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of Maverick Currencies. There is no salary or guaranteed income. Compensation, if any, is limited to a performance-based profit split as described in your individual program agreement.

4. Fees & Costs

Participation may require a Qualification Program fee, ongoing monthly dues, platform or data fees, and in some cases a capital contribution. The specific fees, amounts, terms, and any refund conditions applicable to you are set out in the written program disclosures and agreement you receive before enrollment. Those documents govern in the event of any conflict with general statements on the Site.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Maverick Currencies makes no representation or warranty that you will achieve any particular result, profit, or income. Any performance figures or ranges shown are illustrative only. Please review our Risk Disclosure in full.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. Certain programs may not be available in all jurisdictions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submit false information, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and educational materials, is the property of Maverick Currencies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maverick Currencies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising out of your use of the Site or participation in our programs.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
