Independent Contractor Relationship

Traders accepted into a Maverick Currencies program are engaged as independent contractors, not employees. There is no salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income. Any compensation is a performance-based profit split on the net trading returns you generate using firm capital. If you do not generate profits, you do not earn compensation.

Costs & Fees

Participation in our programs involves costs, which may include:

• A one-time or recurring Qualification Program fee;
• Ongoing monthly dues (for example, platform, market-data, or trading desk fees);
• In certain program tiers, a capital contribution or performance-related deposit; and
• Other material costs associated with your specific program.

All material costs, together with their amounts and terms (including any refund conditions), are disclosed to you in writing before you enroll or fund an account. You should review these disclosures carefully and ask questions before committing.
