At Maverick Currencies, our traders keep the majority of the profits they generate—typically 70–80%, depending on capital level and seniority. This isn't a capped payout model or a gamified structure where you "earn" withdrawal rights. This is real capital trading, with real profit-sharing.

As you advance through the firm's capital tiers, your percentage increases. You'll also retain 100% of your first performance bonus, which is designed to reward traders for reaching key profitability milestones.

Our model is designed to make professional trading sustainable. You'll never be pressured to overtrade, scale too fast, or risk more than your plan allows. Your income grows when your consistency grows—and we're invested in helping you get there.

Advance Based on Performance—Not Arbitrary Rules

At Maverick Currencies, we don't set traps. Unlike challenge firms that require a minimum number of trades, enforced consistency rules, or specific percentage targets under tight deadlines, we keep it simple: you move up when you're profitable.

That's it.

If you generate profits above your high-water mark for two consecutive months, you're eligible for a capital increase. There are no tricks, no forced trading activity, and no penalties for trading less—as long as you're profitable and following your plan, you'll grow within the firm.
