FX Trader - Jacksonville, FL

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for individuals in the Jacksonville, FL area to train as FX Traders. This is a remote opportunity structured as a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly role.

About the Role

As an FX Trader with Maverick Currencies, you will have the opportunity to trade using a funded account of up to $400,000. Traders operate independently, making their own trading decisions based on their own analysis and strategy. Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise day-to-day trading activity. Your results are a product of your own decisions and market conditions.

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on experience level and track record over time. Profits are never guaranteed, and trading carries inherent risk. Traders who are not profitable do not earn income from this role. This structure rewards skill and consistency but does not provide a fixed wage.

Experience and Training

No prior trading experience is required. This role is entry friendly, and structured training is provided to help new traders build the skills needed to analyze currency markets and develop a trading approach. Training covers core concepts, platform use, and risk management fundamentals.

Schedule

This is a flexible, remote position. Traders set their own hours and work from a location of their choosing, including Jacksonville, FL or elsewhere.
