Currency Trader - Tallahassee, FL

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for individuals in the Tallahassee, FL area interested in developing a career as a currency trader. This opportunity is open to candidates with no prior trading experience. Training is provided to help new traders learn the fundamentals of currency markets, develop a trading approach, and understand risk management practices.

About the Role

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly role. Traders who complete training may be considered for a funded account, with account sizes available up to $400,000. Once funded, traders make their own trading decisions and operate independently. Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise day-to-day trading activity.

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on experience level and account performance over time. Profits are never guaranteed. Trading involves risk, and individuals who are not profitable will not earn income from this role. This structure rewards trading performance rather than hours worked.

Schedule

This role offers a flexible schedule. Traders determine their own hours and can structure their trading activity around other commitments. The work is remote and can be performed from Tallahassee, FL or any location with a reliable internet connection.
