This is a 1099 independent contractor position — not a salaried or hourly job. You won't punch a clock or wait on a supervisor to tell you when to trade. You bring the discipline and the drive; we bring the structure, the training, and access to funded accounts up to $400,000 so your capital isn't the ceiling on your ambition.

What You'll Do

• Learn and apply currency trading strategies through our structured training program — no prior experience required
• Trade major and minor currency pairs using your own judgment and decision-making
• Build toward larger funded accounts as your performance develops
• Set your own schedule — this role is fully remote and flexible, built around your life, not a time clock

Compensation

• Performance-based profit split ranging from 65% to 90%
• Profits are never guaranteed — this is a skill-based, market-exposed role
• Traders who are not profitable earn no income from this role
