Remote Prop Trader - Louisville, KY

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for individuals in the Louisville, KY area to take on the role of Remote Prop Trader. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a salaried or hourly job. No prior trading experience is required, and training is provided to help new traders learn the fundamentals of currency trading and develop their own strategies.

About the Role

As a Remote Prop Trader, you will work independently to manage a funded trading account, with account sizes available up to $400,000 based on performance and demonstrated skill over time. Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise day-to-day trading decisions; traders operate on their own schedule and use their own judgment to execute trades. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to work the role around other commitments.

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on your trading results and account tier. Profits are never guaranteed, and this role carries financial risk. Traders who are not profitable will not earn income from this position. This structure is designed for individuals who are self-motivated and comfortable with variable, performance-dependent earnings.
