FX Trader - El Paso, TX

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is opening a spot for a new FX Trader working remotely from El Paso, TX. You don't need a background in finance or prior trading experience to start. We provide structured training to help you learn how currency markets work and how to develop a disciplined approach to trading them.

This role is built for people who want to build a serious, long-term trading career without picking up and moving to New York, Chicago, or another finance hub. El Paso's cost of living means your income potential as a trader goes further here than it would in a pricier city, and you can do this work entirely from where you already live.

How the role works

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly job, and there is no guaranteed paycheck.
• Compensation is a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, based on your trading performance.
• Profits are never guaranteed. Traders who are not profitable do not earn income from this role. This is performance-based work, plain and simple.
• Qualified traders can be allocated funded accounts up to $400,000 to trade with.
• Your schedule is flexible. You decide when and how much you trade, structured around training milestones and your own pace.
