Remote Prop Trader - Austin, TX

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for Austin, TX based traders who want to build a trading practice around their own schedule rather than someone else's clock. This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity (1099) designed for people who value flexibility as much as opportunity.

Maybe you trade the morning session over coffee and spend your afternoon free. Maybe you prefer evenings. The point is the schedule is yours to design. Once you're set up, you work independently, from wherever you are in the Austin area or beyond, making your own calls on your own time.

What You'll Do

• Trade currency markets using your own strategy and judgment
• Manage a funded account, with access up to $400,000 based on performance
• Set a trading schedule that fits your life, not the other way around
• Work remotely with full independence over your day-to-day decisions

Training and Support

• No prior trading experience required
• Structured training program to build foundational skills
• Ongoing educational resources available as you grow

Compensation

• Performance-based profit split ranging from 65% to 90%
• This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not salaried or hourly
• Profits are never guaranteed, and traders who are not profitable earn no income from this role
• Your payout reflects your trading outcomes, not hours worked
