Day Trader - Forex & Crypto - Huntington, WV

Maverick Currencies, a proprietary trading firm founded in 1997, is opening seats for self-directed traders in the Huntington, WV area who want to build a serious trading career without packing up for New York, Chicago, or Miami. This is a remote role built for people who already live and work in smaller or mid-size markets and want to put that cost-of-living advantage to work for them rather than against them.

What This Role Is

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly job, and Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise your day-to-day trading decisions. You trade your strategy, on your schedule, using capital made available through our funded account program, with access up to $400,000 depending on performance and account level.

Compensation

Pay is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%. Profits are never guaranteed, and traders who are not profitable in a given period earn no income from this role. This structure rewards disciplined, consistent trading rather than hours logged at a desk.

• No prior trading experience required - full training is provided

• Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule built around your life, not a trading floor
• Based in or around Huntington, WV, or anywhere else, since the work is fully remote
