Day Trader - Forex & Crypto - Sioux Falls, SD

Maverick Currencies, a proprietary trading firm founded in 1997, is opening seats for Day Trader - Forex & Crypto roles with traders based in Sioux Falls, SD and the surrounding area. This is a remote, independent contractor position (1099), not a salaried or hourly job, and it's built for people who want to develop a real trading skill set without picking up and moving to New York, Chicago, or Miami.

What the role involves

• Trading forex and crypto markets using your own judgment and strategy, developed through our training program
• Working toward a funded account, with funded traders eligible to trade up to $400,000 in firm capital
• Setting your own schedule - this role is flexible, with no fixed shifts or hours required
• Making independent trading decisions; Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise your day-to-day trading activity

Who we're looking for

• No prior trading experience required - full training is provided from the ground up
• Self-motivated people who want to learn a discipline and stick with it, not look for shortcuts
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time and progress

Compensation

This role is performance-based. Profitable traders earn a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on experience and account performance. Profits are never guaranteed, and trading carries real risk - traders who are not profitable earn no income from this role. We're upfront about that because we'd rather you go in with clear expectations.
