Currency Trader - Medford, OR

Maverick Currencies, a proprietary trading firm founded in 1997, is looking for motivated individuals in Medford, OR to train as currency traders. No prior trading experience is required. We provide structured training to help you build real skills in the foreign exchange markets, and you set your own schedule around the rest of your life.

You do not need to relocate to New York, Chicago, or any other finance hub to build a serious trading career. Medford's lower cost of living means your income from trading can go further here than it would in a major metro area, and this role is fully remote, so you work from wherever you already call home.

What the Role Involves

• Completing Maverick Currencies' training program to learn currency trading fundamentals and strategy
• Trading with the goal of qualifying for a funded account, with funding available up to $400,000 based on demonstrated skill
• Managing your own trading decisions and schedule, with no one directing your day-to-day trades
• Reviewing your own performance and continuing to refine your approach over time

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly job, and there is no base pay. Compensation is a performance-based profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, paid only on actual trading profits. Profits are never guaranteed, and traders who are not profitable earn no income from this role. Your results depend entirely on your own trading performance and discipline.
