How the role works

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a salaried or hourly job.
• Income is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on track record and funding level. Profits are never guaranteed, and traders who are not profitable earn no income from this role.
• Qualifying traders can be funded up to $400,000 in trading capital, scaled as skill and consistency develop.
• Schedule is flexible. You decide when and how much you trade, built around your own life rather than a fixed shift.
• Maverick Currencies provides training, tools, and a funded trading structure. How you execute trades day-to-day is your own decision and responsibility.
