Currency Trader - Springfield, MO

Maverick Currencies, a proprietary trading firm founded in 1997, is looking for motivated individuals in Springfield, MO who want to build a serious trading career without leaving home. You do not need to relocate to New York or Chicago to work in currency markets. With remote access and a flexible schedule, you can train, trade, and grow your skills right from Springfield, while benefiting from a lower cost of living than traders working out of major financial hubs.

This opportunity is entry friendly. No prior trading experience is required. We provide structured training to help you learn how currency markets work, how to read price action, and how to manage risk like a professional. Many of our traders started with no finance background at all.

What the role involves

• Trading currency pairs using your own strategy and judgment, developed through our training program
• Working independent hours that fit your life in Springfield, MO
• Qualifying for funded trading accounts up to $400,000 based on demonstrated skill
• Operating as your own decision-maker; Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise your day-to-day trades

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly job. Compensation is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on your track record and account level. Profits are never guaranteed, and trading carries real risk. Traders who are not profitable do not earn income from this role. This role rewards skill and consistency, not time spent at a desk.
