Currency Trader - Oxnard, CA

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for individuals in the Oxnard, CA area to train as currency traders. This is a remote position open to candidates with no prior trading experience. Full training is provided to help you learn the skills needed to trade currency markets.

About the Role

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly role. Traders operate independently and set their own schedules, working remotely from Oxnard, CA or anywhere else with a reliable internet connection. Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise day-to-day trading decisions; traders apply the strategies and risk management practices they learn through training to manage their own accounts.

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on experience and track record. Profits are never guaranteed, and this role carries financial risk. Traders who are not profitable earn no income from this work. This structure rewards skill and consistency rather than hours worked.
