Remote Prop Trader - Green Bay, WI

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for motivated individuals in Green Bay, WI to train as remote proprietary traders. You don't need a finance background or prior trading experience to start. We provide structured training designed to take you from the fundamentals of the markets to actively managing a funded account, all from wherever you already live.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried or hourly position. Compensation is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, with higher splits available as you demonstrate consistency. Profits are never guaranteed, and traders who are not profitable do not earn income from this role. We're upfront about that because we believe in setting honest expectations from day one.

What the Role Looks Like

• Train remotely at your own pace, with a flexible schedule that fits around your current life in Green Bay
• Progress toward trading a funded account of up to $400,000 as your skills develop
• Make your own trading decisions based on your own analysis and strategy — Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise your day-to-day trading
• Build a trading career without needing to relocate to New York, Chicago, or any other finance hub
