FX Trader - Richmond, VA

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for individuals in the Richmond, VA area interested in becoming FX traders. This is a remote, independent contractor position structured as a 1099 role, not a salaried or hourly job. It is entry friendly, with no prior trading experience required. Training is provided to help new traders learn the skills needed to evaluate currency markets and manage a funded account.

As an FX trader with Maverick Currencies, you will work independently to make your own trading decisions. Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise day-to-day trading activity. Instead, successful traders are given access to funded accounts of up to $400,000, allowing them to trade with firm capital rather than risking personal savings to build account size.

Compensation

• Compensation is a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on performance and account tier.
• Earnings are performance-based. Profits are never guaranteed, and traders who are not profitable earn no income from this role.
• This is not a salaried or hourly position; it is strictly a 1099 independent contractor arrangement.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible. Traders set their own hours and work remotely, making this role suitable for people who want to build trading skills on their own time while based in or around Richmond, VA.
