Remote Prop Trader - South Burlington, VT

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for motivated individuals in South Burlington, VT to build a trading career without packing up for New York, Chicago, or any other finance hub. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity that lets you trade from home while taking advantage of Vermont's lower cost of living and a schedule you control.

About the Role

As a Remote Prop Trader, you'll work as a 1099 independent contractor, not a salaried or hourly employee. You set your own hours and manage your own trading decisions day to day. Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise your trading activity; you operate with independence once you're trained and ready to trade a funded account.

Training and Funding

No prior trading experience is required. We provide structured training to help you learn the mechanics of currency trading, risk management, and the discipline needed to trade consistently. As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to trade funded accounts of up to $400,000, backed by a firm that has been in this business since 1997.

Compensation

This role is entirely performance-based. Profit splits range from 65% to 90% depending on your track record and funded account tier. Profits are never guaranteed, and trading carries real risk. If you are not profitable, this role produces no income. We're upfront about that because we want traders who understand what they're signing up for.
