This is a contract role with no fixed salary or hourly pay. Earnings come entirely from a profit split on the trading returns you generate, ranging from 60% to 90% of profits depending on your tier. Consistently profitable traders earn $50,000 to $200,000+ per year. Traders who are not consistently profitable will not earn income — the model rewards results, not effort.
