Day Trader - Forex & Crypto - Des Moines, IA

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for individuals in the Des Moines, IA area interested in becoming independent day traders in forex and crypto markets. This is an entry-friendly opportunity: no prior trading experience is required, and training is provided to help you develop the skills needed to trade funded accounts.

About the Opportunity

Traders accepted into this program have the opportunity to work with funded accounts of up to $400,000. You will trade independently, making your own decisions on strategy, timing, and risk management within the parameters of your funded account. Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise day-to-day trading activity; outcomes are based on individual trading performance.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly role. Compensation is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on account level and performance history. Profits are never guaranteed, and traders who are not profitable do not earn income from this role. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who understand and accept the performance-based nature of trading.

Schedule

This is a remote position with a flexible schedule. Traders set their own hours based on market conditions and personal availability. The role is open to applicants based in or near Des Moines, IA, though all work is conducted remotely.
