Currency Trader - Seattle, WA

Maverick Currencies, founded in 1997, is looking for individuals in the Seattle, WA area to train as currency traders. This is a remote opportunity structured as a 1099 independent contractor position, not a salaried or hourly role. No prior trading experience is required; a structured training program is provided to help new traders learn the fundamentals of currency markets and develop their own trading approach.

About the Role

As a currency trader with Maverick Currencies, you will work independently to apply the strategies and skills developed through training. Traders operate on their own schedule and make their own trading decisions; Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise day-to-day trading activity. Qualified traders may be offered access to a funded account of up to $400,000, allowing for greater market participation without risking personal capital in the same way a self-funded account would require.

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based, structured as a profit split ranging from 65% to 90% depending on experience and performance over time. Profits are never guaranteed, and compensation is entirely dependent on trading results. Traders who are not profitable will not earn income from this role. This is not a position with a fixed wage or guaranteed earnings.

Schedule

This role offers a flexible schedule. Traders determine their own hours and work remotely, making this suitable for individuals balancing other commitments or seeking to build trading skills at their own pace.
